Your Arms

When you wrap your arms around me

I melt into the twinkles

Unconsciously my soul is smoothed

Flattening out the wrinkles

Through the years of bumps and folds

We’ve loved each other true

And all the strength you’ve proved to me

In those courageous arms of you

Through life’s karmic challenges

I’ve felt your strong embrace

And learned what a man truly is

Deep beyond a handsome face

I love you to the fullest

Your arms have held me through

Thank you for all you’ve given me
